Relaxation - utilizes Swedish, some reflexology, deep tissue and others

Site specific - this type focuses on one area of the body

Pregnancy - can help relieve the discomforts of pregnancy during all trimesters

Chair Massage - can familiarize client with massage. Sessions usually last about 15 minutes while clients stay fully clothed. Relieves tension in neck and shoulders

Hot Rock Massage - Heated basalt rocks placed and manipulated on and over the body to create a warming and relaxing feeling.

Aromatherapy Massage - the use of 100% pure essential oil blends combined with massage and warm compress for physical and emotional health and well-being

Paraffin Treatment - soak your hands and feet in a soothing wax that relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and soothes joints.
